Has a newly founded business do we have any previous experience in the delivery industry?

Pre covid- In the 7 years leading up to the pandemic I have been employed in a delivery/ merchandiser position (seasonally) by a nationwide supplier. I was responsible for delivering orders across the North West of England, South/West Yorkshire and parts of Cheshire and Derbyshire. During this same time period I have also experienced working in the multi drop industry for 3 of the well known blue chip companies.

Post covid- I have been sub contracting to same day couriers locally and across the UK. Helping to fulfil their same day commitments.

What is a "Pod" and do we provide one?

A P.O.D is short for Proof of Delivery, and the answer is yes, 

We will provide a proof of delivery for every booking covered, obtaining the name of recipient, time and date. The proof of  delivery can then be forwarded to you immediately by either email, text or whats app. (Proof of delivery can be posted to you if required) 

If we use a sub contractor to cover your work, How safe are your goods?

All sub contractors are fully tracked from the moment they are assigned the job till they have delivered and obtained a proof of delivery.

Like ourselves all sub contractors are required to have valid hire and reward and goods in transit insurance.

How fast is your response time if we need to send a consignment urgently?  

During normal business hours we aim to be able to make collections from confirmation/payment receipt within 60 minutes from most England's major cities & towns and within 90 minutes from more rural areas. 

Do you operate outside of normal business hours?

Yes, We operate 24/7, 365 days a year. Whenever you and your business need us we are always here to help.

What is our pricing?

Every quote is calculated individually depending on the information that has been provided to us. The service you choose, timing, mileage, size and weight of the goods (type of van required) determine our price.

Additional charges may apply after quotation for handballing fees, waiting time, parking or road/bridge tolls. 

Do you need an account to make a booking with us?  

No, We are able to send you an invoice with a payment link or you make payment via Paypal. If we are either collecting or delivering to you direct payment can be made in cash. 

Has an independent courier with a small van, are we able to provide a larger van or multiple vans if needed?

Yes, We are a proud member of the Courier Exchange. A network of  3000+ vehicles provided by fellow independent couriers like our selfs and other larger courier companies located around the UK.

 Do you offer next day or overnight services?

Being an independent same day courier based from home we do not have access to a safe unit/lock up or secure parking so our insurance does not cover goods left unattended in our vehicle over night. We will however work with you to find a solution.
